I was born in Cracow, I grew up here and I live here. I am musician. I've been playing the guitar from almost 30 years and I intend to at least much the same. I learned from Jarek Śmietana and by myself. I had a pleasure to perform with dozen bands, I recorded few longplays and music shows. I like electric jazz very much (gypsy and acoustical as well), soul, blues, latin music. I like playing rad songs. I like little clubs, tours. I simply like people. I try not to play lot of falderal. For me, the most important in music is relation between melody to harmony. I choose these kind of sounds which I would like to hear in my ears as a listener of music.
I had begun performing on stage in early 80s in jazz rock bands Ungarded Moment and Project. We were laureates of Jazz Juniors festivals and we played on Jazz nad Odrą and Jazz Jamboree festivals. I was guitarist of Big Band Jaszczury, I also appeared in Marek Grechuta's Anawa. Twice I became laureate of Polish - wide contest for the best composition. Since 1992 roku I have been a member of Prowizorka Jazz Band (two times in a row '96 and '97 the winner of Jazz Top for the best group of the Jazz Forum magazine). With Prowizorka I had played hundred of concerts in whole Europe, taking part in many European jazz festivals. I compose and record music for movies, theatrical productions and tv shows. I lead my own musical formations. I do teach playing guitar as well, I even wrote a text book once, called "Guitar an Me"..
